When I called the following day to enquire about the car, I spoke to Carl who was extremely helpful and after information that I wanted to know about the car, I reserved the car until the weekend to go and view.Upon arrival we were greeted and dealt with brilliantly by Carl. Absolutely first class service, from the team at Sturgess Jaguar/Land Rover. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from them. The courteous professional approach, starts the moment you arrive at the dealership. The door is opened for you, followed by a greeting from the friendly reception staff. Refreshments are then offered, shortly followed by another warm reception by a member of the sales team. I have found the whole process to be smooth and faultless, from inception, to hand over, where the vehicle is unveiled for you. A big thank you to Ivan Whittingham. Cannot rate this dealership enough !!!! I had so much hassle trying to get the documentation together and they sorted everything for me . I was treated like I was spending a million pounds with them !! Carl and Sam were great they were clear with the options available and walked me through every step making sure I had the right car and finance for my needs.
