Service department needs improvement. Some of the younger members of staff behave unprofessionally, chit chatting across the table in the presence of customer. There is lack of communication between technical and admin team. I doubt problem solving abilities of technical team. I will be reluctant to take my car for service to this garage next time. Bad experience. Not recommended.
Great help from Liz who sorted out Bluetooth issues with speed, skill and intelligence. Such welcoming and engaging service. Would thoroughly recommend.
Great location away from town. Good staff and coffee. My sister bought a car from here and happy with her deal to this day.
Manager ash is awesome, everyone else needs serious attending too regarding customer service, especially one lady forgot her name, blonde, a bit chubby, terribly rude works in service.... However sales department is 5 stars, when you go to sales look for s girl called Emily, short and cute, black hair. Shes awesome... but short... but awesome.08/11/18 - Service centre has now improved dramatically. When visiting ask for Holly shes new and amazing.
After reading the Google reviews online I was hesitant in going. However clearly things have recently changed for the better. I bought a car from them and I couldn't fault the service I received. I was introduced to both managers who made it feel like a very special occasion for us. Although price is important, Customer service and making an effort with me is just as important. I will always use Parkway from now on for their customer service alone. I have bought many cars in the past but I was made to feel like this is the 1st car I've owned. Our salesman was friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly patient with me and my wife.Well done Parkway Leicester. One very satisfied customer. Keep up the great work
