Absolute scammers, stay clear away. One salesman says one thing and then another says different. They changed the tires on our car after we bought it so they were no longer new. Now had MOT test (only had car 8 months old) we don't drive it much yet it's failed on two massive things. And we have had to replace battery aswell. Place should be closed down.

They are lucky to even receive a star. Worst and most clueless garage ever. Firstly i tried to book in a van for the radio not working and was told they cannot take my van in because there garage is not big enough!!!!! I actually laughed so much at that. I rang back two minutes after and another woman booked be in and did not even mention that my van length would be an issue. Van went in and oh guess what, it fits inside. Secondly after booking me in two weeks later they ring me back saying the technician is not in so take your van back we will book you in the next week. So the next week i go and they tell me they tried to update the radio and it did not work so there gonna book it in again and try again the next week. That is not service. This place needs looking into big time. Another van i booked in the mechanic tells me my battery needs changing and wants to bill me 150 to change a battery on a van which is not even 2 years old. (they give you 6 months warranty on there 150 batteries, you can buy a 50 battery that comes with lifetime warranty!), Now he has not even tested the battery but is telling me to change it. Sorry but i am not a professional mechanic but surely you would test the battery before telling me i wanna charge you for a new battery. Now he has decided to charge the battery first to check if it works. Absolute joke from service staff & mechanics department. This company is a complete joke. lol
After what i can only describe as an extremely disappointing experience at Citroen service at Bristol street motors in Leicester, my issues were finally resolved by the new manager Derek WebbNot only did he go above and beyond to solve the matter at hand but handled everything in a professional, calm and efficient manner, ensuring everything was solved properly in his hands. Just the type of manager they needed to take over! Definitely understands the meaning of customer service and certainly shows the amount of experience he has in the car industry. Thanks Derek! Keep at it.
Not a bad store and friendly staff BUT I booked my van in for a service and agreed a time of 8:30 in the morning and told it would be ready at the end of the day. considering I was at work anyway this was fine, Only I had to walk half way across town to get their. So at the end of the day I walked all the way back at 5:00 only to find they hadnt even started and had to wait an extra hour so generally not brilliant as I could have had my van all day and saved myself a lot of hassle
