Very nice, welcoming and most importantly HONEST people - hard to come by in car business. I am extremely happy with my purchase from Paul Greasley. A couple of minor glitches we had on the first day (quite normal for an old car), they were happy to send someone 70 miles round trip to collect the car, repair it (incl new battery + new alternator) deliver it back at my home address next morning.With these people you do get the impression that life is NOT all about money. Credit to the garage for being very helpful and fixing numerous parts on the car I purchased whilst under warranty. However, I am reluctant to give any more stars as despite being fixed numerous times the car that I purchased has been a complete lemon with new problems every month and has cost me more than its value in repairs.
Excellent customer service, trustworthy, honest and efficient dealer, Paul was so helpful, we called to book in a test drive on a car that we liked two days before we could get there, Paul made sure we didn't waste our time driving all the way to the garage, so he confirmed the evening before that the car was still available, he even opened earlier than usual for us on a Sunday, the admin team are very quick at processing the paper work for vehicle registration etc.. everything was done for us. We were very happy with the overall service. Thank you Paul, for going the extra mile!
