Went here as its the nearest Dacia dealers for 20 miles from my house, and in a big city, they had 5... 5 in total, in the entire dealership... Massive waste of time...
The cars are great, I love my car!The service here is appalling though once youre out the door and they have your money. Get a Renault but get it somewhere else
Had a look at few used cars here, and at another two of Renault Retail Groups other sites. The cars we looked at were poor quality and poorly prepared for sale, two had clear signs of paint repair and one still had paperwork from the daily rental company it had just come from inside the car. Not what you'd expect from this sort of dealership, no better than a pile em high car supermarket. Biggest gripe for me though was the admin fee they charge on top of the cost of the car, yes it's made clear it's chargeable but this should be factored into the margin on the car.
Booked my renault in for a 're call.. when booking the appmnt young lad was very helpful and explained what was been done in my car. When I took it in for the repair same young man served me, quick, efficient and had my car ready for me in time for when I needed it. They even cleaned and hovered the car for me, very impressed as wasn't expecting that. Overall very happy with the service. Thank you
