I have been using the same team on the whole for over ten years and they are one of the main reasons both my wife and myself have remained customers.The service received has been exceptional from the people on the service desk to the engineers and service manager, not forgetting the folks who wash and clean the cars before return.A recent innovation following the latest service is also of noteworthy mention, I received a text message with a link to website that showed a video summary of the work carried out and an ability to review and authorise any required remedial work - you could also phone them! But I found this very proactive and informative.I would have no hesitation in recommending the team.
