I did my part, they did theirs and everyone was happy.Today I picked up my car. I was explained once again every commitment that I was taking, had my final credit check and there she was ! David sat in the back and guided me on the more not so obvious features of the car then answered each and every question I had at the time. I felt like all eyes were on me. Really, my experience was the closest thing to that utopia image you see in a TV advert.I am really really proud to be a Sturgess customer!

Went to have a look today at used Jaguars, lovely and well presented cars. A salesman called Nigel Ford showed us all around the car we was interested in. Nigel was very informative and helpful and did not make us feel obligated to buy. Would highly recommend going over to have a chat.
