It is true what they say - you don't just buy from a place, but the people too!The car salesman, Ross, said he has not been there long and I would not have known if he did not say. He was courteous, friendly and professional. Nothing was too much for him and he was so patient. George was also just as attentive and friendly. Both Ross and George made me feel very welcome and comfortable throughout the entire process.Thank you both very much for making my first car purchase from a dealership such a pleasure. I look forwards to showing off my MiTo!
Very good experience. Reserved car over the phone and picked up few days later. Very friendly and helpful service. Would recommend.
Sadly disappointed,I spent around 30 minutes in the showroom looking at the Stelvio and Gulia and although I didn't want to be bombarded by sales people there wasn't any on the shop floor and staff who were about did everything to avoid eye contact. I bought an Alfa a few years back when the brand was next to Volvo, completely different experience.
Good luck getting any attention on the showroom. Calling in advance doesn't help - nobody answers...
'Salesman' couldn't be bothered to turn up for a test drive, kept waiting over half an hour. Other staff looked equally vacant when asked and chased. Wouldn't waste my time there again.
