From start to finish I had exceptional service from Adam Smith at drive Vauxhall. He helped me choose a car that I liked went through everything. The best thing I have ever received from a dealership was a personalised video with Adam walking around my car. I thought that was really nice of him. There were a few things holding up the collection of my car (wasnt anything to do with the dealership) both Adam and Alex(business manager) kept me informed all of the way. They all worked around me which was really nice. When it came to collect my car it was ready for me. Adam sat in the car and showed me all of the controls and what everything did which was really nice also. Never have I been to a dealership and not felt pressured in to buying anything all the staff there are friendly. I would defiantly recommend going to buy from drive Vauxhall . Adam smith and Alex are a credit to drive Vauxhall and made the process of buying a car not stressful. Thank you so much
This is my second vehicle from drive Leicester, viewed the mokka which require a few items sorting, little dents and damage trimming. Adam was the salesman and looked after my requirements in a proffessional way. Collected the car a week later and the car had been well prepared. Review would have been 5 star but when I got home I noticed that the number plates had been replaced and the wrong digits had been applied. Had to drive all the way back for replacements .
