Terrible bank, rarely answer the phone, awful opening hours... not convenient for anyone except the staff maybe... and the debit card is not accepted at many places. I support their principles but it's not worth the hassle and inconvenience. i only use them for my savings now and use a high street bank for my daily banking.
the worst experience ever in my life is with this bank..They even charge for bank statement 10pound. Never picked phone no time of closing and opening . Just going to terminate my both accounts with them
