I tried to pay money into my account, on arrival was encouraged to use the immediate deposit machines which was fine but i waited there for 10 minutes whilst the queue went down quicker if i had done it through an advisor. I witnessed two people struggling with 2 seperate machines and no one helping them. One woman asked 3 members of staff and still was stuck. I then just joined the queue for the cashiers and when i finally got served the cashier apologised but then smirked and said oh my computers crashed one cashier will be done soon, to which she dismissed me and the other cashiers went on serving people behind me. I left it- i guess I'll just pay cash and avoid this branch at all costs.
14/11/2018 The customer service over the phone is the worst I have ever experienced. A girl Named Kelly picked up and she didn't know how to do her job so her solution was to cut the phone on me. Disappointed.
I am a doctor recently started working in the UK. I went to this branch to open an account. They were so dismissive towards me. They were basically looking for reasons not to let me have an account. I was so regretful about going to this place. I managed to open an account in a different bank without much hassle. If you are new to the UK, please avoid this bank.
Literally the best bank for students out there! I called to arrange a meeting then i went to it and in matter of minutes of paperwork i had my account ! The service was so profesional and friendly. I opened my first ever bank account here and staff explained to me everything i needed to know or had doubts about. I received my card a few days after and with the online banking system i couldn't be more happy. Everything works perfectly. I would recommend it.
Terrible waiting times, 25 mins only 2 serving. Oh and always has the local beggar sitting outside whos got a better phone than me!!
