Very slow service. Waiting time it's unbelievable long . I'm thinking to change the bank if it doesn't improve.
Recently switched to this bank. Superb customer service and very good advice. Quick and easy to use them!
Extremely slow service. Allow at least30 mins for any visit I have found that out every time I visit. Only ever 2 cashiers at anytime I visit always same excuse however 4 desks. Always always a line to wait in.
A Great Bank with Great Staff!! Although it's a large City Center Branch the Staff are so great it makes you feel like it's a Small Intermit Bank where the Staff make you feel Special!!
We had a terrible experience just trying to put in a cheque; for large amount; had to queue for half an hour or so. Only two staff on the desk on the first day of the month which I now understand is a busy time. Natwest will be surprised that the first of the month comes every month so get more staff in.Im just pleased that I dont have to go to the bank very often. Still its a nice building.
