Ill be switching banks very soon. Went in on Thursday at 5:15 because they advertised that they are open until 6pm. The woman then rudely informed me at the locked door that they closed at 5. I also went in on Saturday at 3pm because they advertised that they are open until 5pm on that day. Once again they were closed. False advertising. Disgusting customer service.
Wow how rubbish is this branch! I had an old account and they wanted to see 2 forms of ID, no problems...untill I got to the branch, had to wait to see someone took over 40mins for someone to just copy something that took all of 40seconds!! Shocking service so so gald do not bank with HSBC...

Staff was very friendly and respectful. I am new to the UK. While other banks refused to open an account for me, Hsbc was ready to help. Only problem I had was it took some time to process.
