Went to make a deposit in to my sisters account yesterday. Staff so slow in processing a basic transaction. I'm not generally inpolite but just plain thick to be honest.
Joined this bank about three weeks ago.My first impression if the bank was unfortunately this branch. I went in to check that my account was actually open & ready to use before I redirect my wages (quite reasonable given that this bank had already made a mistake). I was met by a giggly, slow minded, cocky and arrogant cashier who reluctantly processed my test transaction. In the process of making the transaction he made another mistake so hardly surprising I wanted to test..On the way out I turned to see him giggling to his fellow cashier's (I would normally use the word colleagues but this implies professionalism). I won't be redirecting my salary in to this bank just yet..
I have always found the staff helpful and polite in the branch.Last year I had a problem and the staff at this branch printed off a years bank statements free of charge and on the same day as the request was made - inho this is excellent service
