Completely mia-sold and misled. Not once during the process of referencing or payment was I told I was going into a private tenancy. Fees paid and several issues arose with my landlords including them fly tipping over a ton of waste onto the garden and damaging my property, and Seths just rinsed their hands and fobbed me off to citizens advice. Will never be using them again and will actively recommend against their service to others.
