This agent kept us waiting for weeks to rent house . They took money but they did not give any information . They treated us disrespectfully when we wanted to learn reason of cancellation. Now they are swearing and insulting since we do comment . I definitely do not recommend it . Customer satisfaction is negative . If they do so again , I will report the police because they swear and insult.

Johals made what was already a difficult situation almost unbearable. Inefficient, over-bearing, constantly questioning my decisions, pushy and incompetent. I would award no stars if I could. AVOID.
