Disgusting attuide from the manager called Brad. The worst estate agent to deal with selling the property. Communication level between buyer / Seller/Mortgage person/ sales negotiator has been a lot to be desired. They would also not acknowledge your emails!!!!. When you call for a viewing appointments had been told by people that they also had no call back. I have moved 3 times and bought 3 times with various estate agents and the whole process had been smooth. This one has really made me open my eyes never to deal with big name estate agent as you will never get the personal service you get from traditional estate agents .

Selling house to moving abroad, had different agent come but when Jed came he had bags of knowledge and confidence in the local market and in hi ability. Despite the guide price being above the normal price Jed was confident and was CORRECT and the house was sold 24hrs after open house for above expected. Phil who is office based was great and kept track of everything, very attentive and to be honest was very composed when faced with an some challenges...again he was confident we would complete on time despite delays and he was right! Overall Haart has provided a great service, achieving a price other agents thought not possible. Would recommend!
