I recently left a property that I'd been renting through Keywest for 3 years. Every time I talked to them they were friendly and helpful and my issues were always sorted quickly. Moving into and out of the property was as easy as it could be, any communications being well timed and thorough. I definitely recommend renting through Keywest, they're so much better than the several other agencies I've dealt with in Leicester.
Recently started renting with Key West, there was a few issues at the very start but Paige has been amazing with sorting everything out. She was available at all times and always tried to help as quick as she could. She is very polite and so helpful. She is an asset to the company!
Recently started renting through Keywest, and so far the experience has been great! My contact Paige is very prompt with responses and is lovely to speak to. The house we have moved into is lovely, but there was a blocked drain, which we had Mark come out to sort. He was extremely polite and got the job done quickly, if i had any other drain problems i would definitely request him. Would highly recommend both! :)
