They looked into our queries with great concern and never ignored an issue. I am glad that I came across such people and I would highly recommend them. For my self, I will definitely deal with them if I ever let, buy, or sell a property in Leicester in the future.
I have been using Barkers Estate & Letting agents for many years. I purchased through them, have used their services as letting agents & property managers and recently sold via Barkers. I cannot rate their services highly enough and would thoroughly recommend them. The sale of our property was quite stressful being complicated by the purchasers living abroad but Victoria was fantastic at guiding us through the sale, chasing everyone and even arranging superb contractors at short notice to help the sale go through more smoothly. Victoria also worked tirelessly to keep lines of communication running despite the communication difficulties . Over the years we have also dealt with Jo at Barkers and have found her to be extremely helpful and professional. We are very happy in our new home but if we were ever to need the services of an estate agent in this area again we would definitely turn to Barkers and wouldn't engage any other firm. I was extremely impressed with Barkers. We were not actually clients of theirs, but bought a house they marketed. Throughout a very protracted process, both staff members we dealt with at Barkers seemed more efficient, better informed about all parts of the chain, and more proactive in chasing things up than our own estate agent did - although I had no real complaints about their service. I would definitely recommend Barkers based on our experience.

April 2018 - Ive just completed on an investment property purchase through Barkers Queens Road. Joanna and Jessica were immensely helpful, professional and proactive throughout the process. I highly recommend Barkers, they are a great company to deal with. October 2018 - Ive gone through the full cycle with Barkers by using them to rent out the two flats that I bought through them in April. Most importantly they did me a great deal on letting fees because of this, and certainly did not hang about in renting it out for me. Jack Savory was spot on in terms of what he could achieve, and he delivered. Highly recommend Jack Savory and his Barkers rental team!
