I love my rented apartment and the help I receive. Mr Niraj Shah is incredibly helpful and friendly. He makes sure that problems get solved quickly and that everything is smooth.
I have been living here since October, I have to say it is a very clean building including the flat itself. We have not had any problems and if we have they have been resolved quite quickly. The space given within the flat is great. The bedroom sizes are very spacious alongside the living/kitchen room. Glad to say that we feel very safe here and would recommend to others!
I rented a property with Reliance Properties 2 years ago and so far they are the best agency I worked with. Yes, I did have some maintenance issues which needed to be resolved and they did look into it although it wasn't straight away and it took them couple of days to send someone out (but you can't really expect anyone to deal with an issue the moment it occurs). Overall I found them to be very professional. I was even ready to pay 1 month extra for rent (due to the error in my calendar, what an embarrassment) and they could've just take the money off me but they didn't! Instead they just laughed it off and after my tenancy contract was up I had my deposit back within 2 weeks in full amount. Just wish they'd have more to offer in LE5 area.
Brilliant! I moved recently to one of their properties and they have been helpful throughout! Any issues I had, Niraj would resolve it in a timely manner. The sign up process is easy to understand and quick to complete.

I would definitely recommend their services for students.**UPDATE**After renting the property for 3 years, my tenancy contract has ended and I can still recommend Reliance Properties. This was my first renting experience in the UK, and I am happy that I stayed with this agency for the duration of my Bachelor's studies. The team has been more than helpful to accommodate my needs throughout and at the end of the tenancy. Highly recommend!
