Sold my property with Martin and co, Leicester. This was my first time selling and the speed and professionalism of this was great.Would use them again.
Where do i start? I rang the coalville office about a rental property I was very interested in, after being in our current home for 14 years and having been good tenants. The lady on the phone told me that the property still had tenants in it and that she would now arrange a viewing and that I would be the first to see it. I noticed a few days later the property had gone off the website. I rang up the office to be told that the property had been viewed and a let had been agreed the other day! They apologised and said that they did not know how that had happened. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, they showed me another property and we arranged a viewing. It's a good 35 minute drive away from home and we had taken time off work. Myself and my husband arrived at the new property just as Martin and co rang to say sorry they hadn't got the keys!! Disgusted. Won't trust them again.
We have just sold house through Martin and co.I would like to thank them for every thing did, Emily kept us up today on every thing and nothing was to much trouble for her, She explained every detail as to what happened and if we had problem either small or large Emily sorted it.I would definitely recommend them and use them againThank you Martin and co Lynn and Simon
