Don't stay here, my friend had his card details cloned and they ordered a take away with it and tried to take 350 off it, fraudsters, shocking place.

This was the most awfull experience I have ever encountered, after driving to the so called hotel I was denied access by a bold chap who disregarded my experia ticket after knocking back on the locked door another chap who was the caretaker said he did no like the look of me and I explained I was sikh and just needed a place to sleep so I could go pray the next day. After double checking my ticket I was allowed into the room I had already booked. When I got into the room it smelt like a person had died and the bathroom was moldy and a serious health hazard, this place needs some serious work to be even safe to call a hotel and they are either racist or uneducated and need to do more to help.

NOT impressed with this hotel. The room was dirty with black mould in the shower and human hair on the bathroom floor. The bathroom door was hard to close and even harder to open when exiting. The curtains were broken and the nets didn't fit the window. We could not open the curtains. My wife ordered scrambled eggs for breakfast but had to send them back as they was way to much salt in them. They have a flag flying outside that has been ripped in half. When we checked out I handed over the key to the receptionist only to be called two hours later and accused of not leaving the key. This was not a pleasant call and at the end the lady slammed down on me.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone but advise to give it a wide birth.

Even though I have not stayed at the hotel yet the staff on the reception are extremely unhelpful and refuse to give out the information that you require. They just do seem to valve there customers. As I cannot cancel at this l as late stage I would not recommend this hotel to even an ant. I just checked in and the room that I given looked that it had not been cleaned for a month and put the blame on there dry cleaners. I had terrible stay seriously this place needs to be inspected by the hotel inspector. It does not have the aminties that it is advertising. Even the breakfast staff need to be retrained on how to make there customers feel welcome as the tasted discussing and cold.

Welcome reception and staff were pleasant. I stayed in room 3 and for the price paid it's fine. My main bugbear was that there was no mattress protector that I could find. Rooms are basic and furnished simply. The bathroom was done to a good standard and clean. Mattress is old so don't expect a good sleep if you're fussy. I'd happily stay here again at the price paid if I'm working in the area.
