Good hotel, comfortable rooms and room service from restaurant attached. Breakfast was good.
Excellent location for the football ground. Clean and quiet and really helpful staff. I got in late and they made a real effort to get me checked in ASAP. Breakfast was included too.

Stayed at this hotel due to convenient location for an event I was at. I found it very hard to sleep due to lack of sound proofing in the room, I heard every door closing with a bang. Heating randomly turned on in middle of night. Tried to charge my phone and one of the sockets didn't work. Rooms a little on the small size for the cost. Breakfast was no way near the best I've ever had, only had sausage, bacon, scrambled egg and beans. I missed the fried eggs, breakfast plates were smallest I've ever seen, when went back for more our table was completely cleared, despite full glasses of orange juice. Breadcakes at breakfast were a nice change though. Poor selection of fruits and avoided yoghurt.
Great base to explore Leicester, or if you are attending an event at the King Power Stadium, they are joined at the hip. It is not a four star hotel, it doesn't pretend to be, so facilities and services are measured against a 3 star yardstick... And against that it is exceptional. Spotlessly clean in all areas, it was apparent, as we entered our room for the first time, that this room had undergone more than just a cursory cleaning. Staff were lovely, bar was reasonable and breakfast was more than adequate. Would we stay here again? At the drop of a hat.
