Absolutely awful experience! Do not stay here at all! My friends and I booked an apartment for one night and there was 3 of us. The following happened - 1. Upon arrival - it smelt of cigarettes and weed in the hallway and inside the apartment2. The stove, cupboards were filthy and the oven had a used oven tray with the foil still inside 3. There was no linen for the bedding for the third person sleeping on the pull out sofa meaning that my friend slept with no duvet and pillow (there is no way you can expect a guest to sleep with a duvet and pillow without covers)4. From 10pm-5 am that evening, other guests in their apartments were partying into the early hours of the morning. Screaming, loud music, banging doors etc. 5. The apartment building had no evening security guard and their out of hours emergency numbers were unresponsive. So there was no one to call to solve the above issue 6. My friends and I took pictures of everything including food in the hallway & alcohol bottles left from the party guests and it stank of weed everywhere!7. My friends and I have repeatedly complained and called and despite their promises, we have not received a phone call and refund whatever so ever.DO NOT STAY HERE!

It was okay the apartment was fairly clean but could do with some touching up the bath/shower drained really slow or was clogged I didn't dare to look the parking area needs a good clean as it was full of nitrosoxide cream chargers and empty balloons the host was very helpful
Nice place, conveniently located to town centre, just across the road. Car park in basement was difficult for us to find, but lady in charge supplied good instructions upon us phoning her! Tip: request an apartment facing away from the main road.
Finding the place was not an issue and we were able to park at John Lewis car park. Location was fantastic for our group, as we had access to the bars and restaurants which was ideal. Staff was very accommodating, friendly and approachable. The room was great value for money with all the necessities for a serviced apartment. Each one of us were comfortable and happy with the room. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
