Came here for a work event. Staff were absolutely fantastic, exceptionally accommodating and more than patient. Food was great and the service was spot on. I was genuinely surprised by how fair the drinks prices were. Check these guys out if you get the chance!
Hotel has ample car parking. Pleasant staff. Great value bar and overall stay. Rooms however had many flaws. My bed in-particular was awful, lumpy sagging mattress, with a huge dip on one side, hard rise in the middle on a squeaky frame. As a result I had one rotten night. There were several flaws here and there but as a short stay, I will use again, so long as the bed itself is a sight better. 2.5 is my true rating this time. Sort the beds, mattresses at least and the 3-4 star perhaps. You can forgive a lot with any hotel so long as you are comfy and can sleep soundly. All that said, if you managed to get a decent bed, and therefore a good nights kip, then you'd likely be somewhat kinder with your reviews.
I have had the opportunity to stay in this hotel now for good few occasions. Excellent location, ample parking and very good and clean rooms. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Real value for money. Will certainly recommend to others.

Fantastic Experience. we called last minute on Saturday 30th June. they readily met our accommodation needs. we arrived well before check in time suffering effects of the sweltering heat. they gave us instant access to facilities to freshen up. the room was great. well presented, very clean and fully stocked. the staff were amazingly helpful throughout our whole stay. the breakfast was great. very highly recommend these guys. you really looked after us
