Lovely hotel , rooms very clean with fantastic facilities. Staff so friendly and helpfull and food both evening meals and breakfast lovely. Plenty of choice and as a vegetarian so nice to see varity of meals instead of just rice or chips. Would stay again out of work capacity and definitely recommend.
Room was basic but very clean and newly refurbished. Nice firm mattress made for a decent night's sleep and the overhead shower was appreciated. All staff were very pleasant and attentive which created a nice atmosphere. Good value all in and I'd stay again.
Very conflicted here. Lovely rooms, great receptionist on check in, real modern clean & tidy hotel. The bar/restaurant service was awful though! Waited for an hour for food that I eventually gave up on, breakfast was slightly better but still not great. In summary, stay here but eat elsewhere!
Hotel and staff was very good, only been open a few months. The rooms are very modern and up to date, nice parking facilities and hotel facilities as well.Will definitely book again if I'm in the area.
Clean and modern feeling. Two choices of restaurant. Quiet when you want to sleep. More than adequate for a business trip, but can't comment on visiting Leicester as I haven't!
