Store offered a great service. They kept us informing the delivery dates at every stage of the process. Very helpful and pleasure to deal with.
Great selection of furniture and accessories. Good delivery and helpful staff during the selling process , however when there was an issue of a box missing in delivery it took some time to get a redelivery.There was no quibble over the delivery being short but customer services were slow to respond and I had to keep contacting them. But I would shop there again.
CFs considered to be the best store in Leicester for bedroom furniture. I love the oak bed that arrived just before the Christmas eve. Helpful and polite staff and excellent price.
As per multiple emails on here. I'm sure if there are no issues with your order you will be fine but if you play online roulette and do, this company are awful. They supplied an internal double draw which was suggested as an item that would work with the sliding wardrobe I ordered on their site. The draws didn't work as they collided with the main door and couldn't open. I said I would either accept a refund for the draws or compromise and accept a new thinner and taller internal draw system. I was told no refunds regardless even though the issue supplied was there's and that if I wanted the slightly more expensive internal draw which offered less storage than my originally ordered one, I would have to pay extra.The customer service are always polite but very ineffectual and you will get passed from person to person with no result. Amazingly the person you always require is off.In no way a racist comment, from talking to many of their team this is simply a bunch of Indians up in a cowboy office in Leicester.Do not use.Alex Kraus
