Absolutely appalling customer service. Rude staff, rude staff, rude staff. I can say honestly and openly I have NEVER been spoken to in such a rude way after spending thousands of pounds. I am not shocked by anything but when you get accused of causing arguments when you ask how much a price of an item is and the staff get up and walk off. Well good luck. I have told about a thousand people NEVER to even walk in this store or use the website and I will continue to do so at every opportunity. Complaint was a complete waste of time obviously as it is a he said, she said... reading these reviews though I think it is fairly obvious if you want to get verbally abused and conned in to everything to build up commission (which is stuck up on the wall if you want to see how much they are making off you haha) again shocking to display such material from an email. Great customer service. NOT.

An amazing shopping experience. You walk through the door and are greeted with a smile and welcome. The staff give you the time to look around at your own pace but are always on hand to give advice when needed. The sale went though very easily, with a lot of help and explaining with the after care both for the furniture and carpet we purchased.
I recently purchased a G plan powered recliner and matching settee from ScS. This is my second visit to the store having purchased a powered recliner 2 yr ago from the same store. On arrival I did not have to wait for service. We went to the G plan part of the store and sorted out what I I wanted. The sale man was very helpful and friendly. I decided what I wanted and we completed the necessary paperwork. I was then passed on to the administration staff. Everything was done to my satisfaction. Delivery was promised for approximately 5 weeks. I was contacted when the furniture was ready for delivery. Within the 5 weeks. On delivery day I was given one hours notice of their arrival. The furniture was delivered by a very polite and helpful duo.. The items was in tip top condition,the recliner worked perfectly. Would shop at the store again
