I went here about 4 times in one week as I couldn't decide what I wanted. Everyone that helped me were very patient. The gentle man who took our order spent a lot of time helping me decide what I wanted and I could mix and match the furniture. They put it on a big screen next to each other so I could see what it would like together. I am very happy with my purchase.
Staff are fairly polite. Not the greatest store but it's fairly average and clean. Be careful when ordering as you could get easily swindled into to buying stuff you don't need.
The shop staff were friendly and helpful, however, the delivery drivers caused a lot of damage to our fence. After numerous phone calls (3 months) we have just given up as getting no where.
