The range of toys and pet living stuff us great. The actual store is very good with friendly and helpful staff however the vet is not quite so. It is very expensive and after going once them not having medicine in stock I had to go again the next day and had to pay 60 just to have an appointment to pick up the medicine. Vet is not very good. Overall great shop.
Wouldnt even want to give them 1 Star, but no other choice. Ridiculously unfriendly service to a client who has been using their care plan for nearly 4 years. Just because missed a vaccination by 4 days, wants to charge over 45.00. Yet every month a direct debit has been collected with NO medication given, asked for some senior, sorry do want a email address? No, want to speak to the person, reply, do you want the email address. Honestly not a practice which have good customer gestures or service. Definitely time to move on to another practice who might appreciate the business for two pets. Will not recommend this practice if you are willing your pets to have some good practices.
