Sack David Bentley!!!! Absolutely disgusting customer service. If you own a type of bulldog I would not recommend. He has treated us and our dog disgracefully. Will never return to this company. After my father passing away a week before he thinks he can send his condolences in his hideous email trying to justify his actions after performing an operation then refering us to a specialist the day after of which he paid for but not an admission of ill practice but a gesture of goodwill! However when I'm standing in front of him on my first visit and I explained I was not thinking straight with all his long medical terms he completely ignored the fact that I had just explained that my father had just died. So you know what you can do with your condolences David Bentley.
Had a terrapin that was in dire need of help, but waited too long, even though there was only one other customer, and it ended up passing away after waiting an hour and a half. It was probably already too late anyway, but would have been nice to have someone see him at least.
Wonderful service yesterday in putting my poor crested gecko lilith down. They both managed to fit me in as soon as possible and we're very kind to me. Although not experts in reptiles, they treated lilith as you would treat any other animal, with great respect, and that was truly amazing. Thank you for your wonderful service London road.
The staff were very friendly over the phone as well as in person, appointments were easily made and organised on short notice. I got my cat spayed at this vets and I was reassured that it went very well, she was healthy and happy on coming home no complaints
Not very friendly to the foreigners. I can not speak English very well, and the woman in reception discriminated me with bad attitude. I'm so upset. I tried to explain to her, but she have no patience
