Great staff - receptionists are always friendly and helpful, the waiting areas are clean and bright, and the vets/nurses are polite, knowledgeable and very patient when explaining conditions and treatments. Truly a pleasure, my animals are never worried going there. Would definitely recommend to a friend.
I only have great things to say about this Vet's. I have recently moved over to this group as I was amazed with their 24 hour out of hours emergency service. They have supported during a very emotional and devastating time with my elderly dog. There was nothing that was too much trouble for them, and every time I saw a different vet but it was like seeing the same one; as they always seemed to communicate between themselves and new exactly what to expect with my pet when I turned up. Moreover as a result I moved my other 5 animals from my previous vets and have been amazed about how caring they all are. Thank you so much to everyone who works at the park group. I got sent here from my normal vets for an operation for my dog. I saw Mr Jones as my dog needed an eye operation, he explained to me everything that needed doing and answered all the questions I needed answering. The operation was a success but there is still some recovery time but to see how happy Mr Jones was that he had provided good results was wonderful, now that isn't me saying he isn't good my dog had a lot of complications with his eyes so there was a massive risk it wouldn't go right. All in all this place is lovely and the staff are very friendly.
Lovely vets! Rushed my dog down to the emergency vet last night, he was brilliant with my dog, didn't maul him around and involved him in what he was going to do to him by allowing him to sniff things, very happy with the service, quickly found the problem after listening to us and gave us a solution that we can treat him with at home! Unfortunately i cant remember the vets name :(
Having finished work and watching a poor kitten fall from the top floor of flats in front of me. And the owners wasn't in. Bot knowing what to do I found this vets online that was 24hr Care. and rang them. there response was exceptional. explained to us what we needed to do for them to be able to take the kitten in. Once I had got there they were so helpful and out to diagnose quickly. Super Super helpful and so friendly. ( The owner was found by the way and the kitten survived).
