I never write any bad reviews on any store before(not even one in my life)I have been so many Argos store.But this Argos store in Leicester city centre really really need to tech there staff more about customer service rude,unprofessional,unhelpful...I run my own business n I know this is not how u guys treat your clients!Thank for reading!

I had really bad experience wit Argos customer service .I had issues with my tv and 8 days I was calling this people but no response they gave me wrong number first then wrong email address n anyhow I get their number and talk to them and gave me wrong references number to solve tv problem.. How this people can do like that ?? It was very bad experience i m a regular customer of Argos ..didnt solve my problem nor they ready to talk n when I call they take my name issues if tv and hang it up ?? Really this was very bad experience..... will never shop in Again ..
