Staff are very friendly and helpful. Gave me great advice and recommend the best product to suit me. They also gave me directions to where I wanted to go. The product I bought is great just like they said it would be. They even fitted it for me and let me adjust my seat before I set off on my way. Thanks so much for a good chat and all your help!
Payed for my son's bike was told it would be alright to collect on the Friday then got a phone call saying I hadn't payed for it so I went to the shop with my receipt which showed I payed in full then I was told they haven't got the bike no more because it got scratched

What a gem of a shop, you really cannot underestimate real knowledge and customer service with a considered purchase such as an electric bike. I was shown many different models from a showroom display larger than any in the midlands. I was able to test them all out and did not feel pressured in any way. The owner and his helpful lady assistant were outstanding, you will not get this level of service from the internet. We have already recommended you to friends and family, many many thanks.
