WOW,these cycles are an awesome bit of kit.I'm aged 64,always rode bikes as a means of enjoyment and keeping fit.I bought the Kudos Arriba,to be fair Connell didn't need to be a good salesman,as soon as I had a test ride I knew I wanted one.I have now done 100 miles just pottering about around my area riding 20 to 30 mile stints and charged the battery up just once.I generally ride on on the top gear train on assist one and the motor very rarely kicks in.If I come across an incline or a bit of wind resistance,it senses that I'm struggling a bit then kicks in to assist.The heart and the lungs are ok but iv'e got the onset of arthritis in my knees.Most of my cycling in the past has been in the Peak District but over the last couple of years iv'e tended to shy away from going up there because I struggled up the hills and it became less enjoyable,so this bike will open all that up to me again.Please be AWARE though,never try to start peddling in assist 5,the motor is that powerful it will have you off lol.I'm hope to get up to the Buxton area next week,weather permitting,so I will post another review telling about this experience at a later date
