The bike was great from day 1 but the staff service for repair and maintenance is unbelievable. These guys are fabulous.

Me and my husband bought our bikes in April 2014 and they were a great purchase. The service from the shop at the time was excellent - including the proper test ride - not two minutes up and down the road but a proper test for us and the different types of bike to let us make the decision that was right for us. But it is the After Care service that has really blown me away. Our bikes - and their batteries - are now out of their two year guarantee. No issue there. Guarantees always have a life span and usually it's only a year not two. But when I had a bit of a problem with my battery I was a bit concerned.....I phoned the shop and spoke to Keith who said he might well be able to fix it so bring it in. So I did - two hours later my battery is sorted out ( a loose screw inside the key barrel) and I'm back on the road.Brilliant service!! I highly recommend this shop - if I ever upgrade my bike then there is no doubt where I would return to. And I live in Walsall - so plenty of shops locally I could choose but as with any big purchase good after care support is important. Ebike Leicester provide that in bucket loads.
