Really impressed with Julie's Cycles and their friendly team. Took my Giant TCR in with an issue with its front brake after phoning yesterday to see if they were able to help. The guy who greeted me remembered speaking to my partner which was a nice touch. Grateful they were able to fix it immediately when other mechanics couldn't, showing that they are a Giant specialist. Now all set to go away tomorrow! Highly recommend.
Took a Giant Trance in for Service. The bike was running fine apart from odd gear slip. Anyway was told that the back wheel hub was warn and was damaged and could not be repaired. And would need new wheels cheapest 250. My bike was fine in till I got it back, its now not rideable , the rear wheel feels like its coming off around corners, and is dangerous. whats happen is I believe they have swap my original wheel for broken one, on top of all this they never completed the service, It come back with puncher that raises suspicions now I am stuck with bike I can not afford to fix or ride. Thanks Julies for ripping me off
