Very unfriendly brothers that own the post officr they've been around for years but a little smile doesnt cost anything. They complain if you bave creased notes and have refuse to even take them. Their the worst post office ever come acrossTheyl complain about the packaging youv used the list goes on
I am going to report this post office. Previously they accept prepaid parcels but with lot of reluctance, still making odd comments that they have to do this work of accepting prepaid parcels but benefitting nothing. Now they do not accept prepaid parcel at all. I was told that they do not have system/scanner to scan parcel, and there was no other way to record this shipment. I took this parcel to another post office and enquired from them about it. Apparently all the details can be entered in the system manually. I suspect this post office is in breach of contract for service provision.
one of the worst post office' in Leicester. apparently the rule shave changed so they cant accept prepaid parcels, however every other post office takes them. useless
The worst postoffice for customer service. Do not waste your time if you have any prepaid parcels as they dont benefit from you and will try make you take your post or leave your post elsewhere due to "safety issue" when they are say they provided the service online
