I always find excellent customer service at this post office
Old muslim man with a beard working at the Royal Mail counter is one rude person. Has no customer service whatsoever. I only went to this Post Office as the others were closed around my area so I wanted to send a letter and asked him 2 questions and he had a blank look on his face and responded in a way like I should be working for Royal Mail and that I should have all the answers I was asking. I only asked for a VAT receipt and I asked if I can get my letter sent signed for. Miserable sod needs to get a new job or retirr if he isn't happy working.
Used this post office for many years the previous gentlemen were lovely helpful ........however the man with beard no moustache has no customer service whatsoever he is unfriendly unhelpful and rude,I dont like to use this post office when he is there,"............please. Post office guy smile and say hello to everyone were all human!
Quick service, usually 2 counters open, lukl the new people, very friendly and helpful
Old guy with beard and no moustache behind counter wouldn't accept a parcel which I printed the label online from. Maybe because he doesn't make any money from me just dropping off a prepaid parcel. Don't know how these people get permission from royal mail to represent the company. I told him that other post offices accept it without any issue why can't you. All he said is "we can't accept this here". Maybe he should go refresh his knowledge in regards to customer service and more.
