Use this post office on a weekly often daily basis. The staff are friendly, helpful, hard working & efficient. They are patient with disorganised & rude people and very good with the older generation who need more support. They keep calm when its busy and serve as fast as they can. I travel several times a week and have used other post offices around the country and the Queens Road post office is by the far best I use. Will always use these guys first where possible.

Good friendly service, however for busy people like myself that want to want to use their services and they just leave, they make it hard to avoid having a conversation with them. I get it that its good practice and part of customer service, but they should get the hint when I genuinely dont want to stick around for a chat
Agree with the good reviews of the staff at this Post Office. I lost a package before xmas and they were so helpful with their advice in helping me to track it down. Excellent service.
Use this post office on a weekly basis. The staff are extremely kind, helpful and hard working. They keep their cool even when its super busy and customers are complaining loudly about having to pay for shipping boxes that theyve written on and rendered unsaleable. Cant fault the service here and wouldnt use another post office.
