Rejected my prepaid letters and made me wait outside in the snow till the Royal Mail Collection came. Waited outsid for 50mins with 2 bags.Appalled by the service and will recommend you avoid the postoffice. Theres another post office further up that takes prepaid letters without problems and friendly.
