Good customer service! Walked into a big queue and it was gone within 2 minutes as the two ladies worked very fast. Would definitely recommend
An effort at customer service would've been nice. No smiles, no "hello". I felt like I was being irritating to staff just for being there. My 3 year old summed it up perfectly when we walked out saying to me, "she wasn't a very nice lady was she mummy?" I won't be going back there. Only giving it 2 stars because I got a parking space outside and there wasn't a long queue.
Stellar establishment, the epitome of efficiency entwined with high quality customer service. They haven't failed to meet my needs before and I don't suspect they ever will. I highly recommend it.
On 13/12/17 at around 1.30pm, I passed over a parcel to be sent 1st Class.Once I was home, I realised I had placed the wrong item in the addressed envelope so I returned to the Post Office.Even though it was busy ,the staff member was kind enough to search the parcel bag to retrieve my parcel;this allowed me to place the correct item in the envelope.I use the post office regularly and although it can be quite busy, especially now at Christmas time,I have never had a problem here and have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful.
I went to the post office the other day on lunch break and found it so nice to see the care they gave their customers.There was a queue with a few OAPs. One gentleman was having issues with his card and pin and the staff member came out to help him at the chip and pin. Its so nice to see staff caring for their customers and seeing the people behind the job.
