Cannot rate highly enough, after initial issues with a medication dispenser no issues with this place, free delivery, staff who explain what they are doing and friendly staff. Brilliant pharmacy especially if you have mobility issues.
I have been there around 5 times now and I am not going back. I always give several opportunities, but it has been enough. First, the staff is always very rude and slow, they can spend minutes speaking about their life in front of you while you are waiting, but that is not the main problem. I have had the following issues with them:-They sing me up for their service of prescription collection without letting me know, so I have found out when I called my GP to order my prescriptions as usual. When I ask the pharmacist staff about this, they get pissed off (although I should be the one being pissed off)-The next time I needed my prescriptions I called them, and they assured my prescription was ready to collect. To my surprise, when I went to collect it in the afternoon, they only had half of the medication.-Finally, and what I consider it is the more serious problem, they dont respect your privacy. After asking them for my prescription, one employee asked loudly to another whether they have my medicine, saying out loud the drug name and dose of my medicine in front of other customers. I consider that this is a lack of respect, privacy and professionalism.
Good service and helpful staff. They often deliver my medicine to my home to avoid any delays. Would definitely recommend.
I use regular medication for athsma and the folk at Highem organised a repeat prescription for me and even went across to the surgery on my behalf to sort out the details. Given how busy they are most times I was really impressed. Thanks Highem, they saved me a lot of time and travel. I didn't have to take a day out of work to sort out precriptions becaue they generously did it for me.
Because I am Transgender who as my hormone tablets Delivered well I have just had my hormone tablets delivered by a driver who tried to fog me of saying to me we Don't Deliver to the door when I know they do and then expected me to walk down dover street to the anchor centre where he was with his car in my Jarmers I mean how dame lazy can anyone be when he didn't want to get of his lazy behind out of the car to Deliver my tablets. Very poor service and bad customer service.
