It's fine for one time thing. The longer I was with them the more I started to dislike them. My prescription was never on time even though I called in a week in advance. When inside, I have been ignored because the staff would talk to their friends. They often take a very long time as well.
Staff friendly and helpful
I went in for 1 item, it took over 20 minutes and the staff weren't busy. They were just chatting among themselves. There is also only 1 path/isle suitable for a wheelchair or pushchair so it makes it hard to look at the I.s on the shelves.
About 30 min ago got told off for being on my phone ? since when theres a policy saying a customer is not allowed to be on their phone. Rude staff, so unprofessional. My medication was not even handed to me but put on the front desk , the "new" pharmacist did not even ask for my address or my name ? isnt that the policy ? I'd rather walk to city center than go back there again. Disgusting
