I have visited here several times for other family members because of the medical centre attached to it. Words fail to describe how badly this place is run, my partner was waiting for a prescription for over an hour. When she asked how much longer she would have to wait they said the item wasnt in stock! They fail to understand why most people in there get irate and have the nerve to berate them when they have walked out the door!Seriously, you need to stop putting generic apologies on here and take some action, this is not going to get better by itself. You're only surviving on the fact that its convenient, which is ironic.

This pharmacy is not a functional one. Liable to wait in queue whilst 10 staff gossip in the back and ONE person serves the till. No accountability if there are errors made. Seriously unorganised and has never improved over the years. A strong pharmacy manager is needed if this shambles is ever to be rectified!

Worse place I've ever had the misfortune to visit...last time I went there, they had 8 people behind the counter, only 1 actually serving customers whilst 15 people waited in a queue ! Twice they have misplaced my prescription! If you go there be prepared to wait at least 30-45 minutes!!

Where do I start I have been a regular user for thus pharmacy and I must say it's very slow repeat prescriptions are never done on time never ready for collection even if I come a week after collection date Their excuse short of staff come on that's not my problem you make so much money from nhs prescriptions you can't take on more staff there's 10 staff at the back always what do they do I'm only guessing work but slowly The service is poor no matter what I have been using the pharmacy since it was on narborough road today I decided I have had enough it's like this every month The owner or the manager can say sorry but it's not good enough I hope that alot more people move on from this pharmacy so they can feel the impact of losing customers and the money they make from prescriptions They make to much money hence they feel like they can treat customers how they want Please stop using them that's the only way they will respect customers there time and money that we bring to themStop using them please

Slow, clumsy service and very warm room which makes the long wait even more uncomfortable.Staff seem more interested in their own conversations than their customers.Even though we're registered at Merridale Medical Centre next door, we make a point of not using the Merridale Pharmacy when prescribed medication.
