Excellent service from the Residential Team in Leicester office - very friendly staff- highly recommend
I rang the Leicester office for the first time, to get some advise. I am representing myself for a tribunal case. I wanted to enquire if Lawson & West would assist in preparing a schedule of loss and obviously pay for their service. I can not believe how rude the lady was on the phone before she could let me finish. she said yes we would but NOT FOR FREE... How dare she insult me....Just because I said I am representing myself... Is it an crime to represent yourself???It is disgusting the kind of people they have working in the workplace... Her tone of voice was disgusting. I can't imagine anyone would want to chat to her therefore, cut the phone... I hope the company is proud to have someone like that on their team who has just lost them money.... Not that she cares..... Disgusted!!!!
