If you are not one of the staff's minor ethnicities i.e. African or Paki, do not bother getting anything out of this office except a nice face when signing your commitment and a long one when you ask for your rights. They literally did nothing, not just in my case, but in other 4 clients I regretfully recommended them for.
A very good solicitor firm. I needed to see a immigration solicitor urgently and just tried my luck by walking in and requesting the receptionist to find me a solicitor that can see me the same day. I had to wait for 35 minutes but finally when I was seen, it was a very good experience The solicitor who saw me was pretty knowledgeable and took on my case on a fixed fee basis. I now have ILR and am more than happy. Would recommend them to anyone.
