Poor customer care; did not return phone calls repeatedly. Cancelled my first appointment without notice and no apology -had to take time off work for this . Decided to give them a second chance- initial impressions were right. No record of phone contacts; messages not passed on ?not documented. Promised call back- none. Not impressed. Avoid!

Had a simple conveyancing and transfer of equity matter. Went with Dodds as they were the cheapest and I can see why. It wasn't a complicated matter, however they managed to make errors at every step which was very time consuming and frustrating for myself. In the end everything was sorted, but I wish I had gone with a different firm and paid a bit more to save the hassle. In Dodds defence they have a good reputation and it may have just been an incompetant converyancer, but I really wasn't impressed.

Due to complications I had with a previous buyer Dodds were tasked with getting my new buyer in a position to proceed extremely quickly due to tight deadlines. Harvinder and Denise worked tirelessly to meet the deadline and were efficient, prompt and professional throughout the whole process. I would happily recommend!
We needed a hospice bedside will to be arranged. Samantha came, took the relevant information at 10am and by 3pm, the will was written and she came back for the signature also bringing an independent witness. This service was fantastic, fast and very caring. She made a difficult task almost pleasant.
