Michael is an excellent insurance broker and he is a knowledgeable and highly experienced expert. He always take the time to get the details correct as he explains that if a claim is needed he wants to ensure no queries at the time of a claim. When my Step Mums house flooded the same year we lost my Dad so already a really difficult year, despite not being the insurer he gave me really useful advice when their insurance company were not being very helpful.
