After having an aerial fitted by AIG I was happy to ask for a quote for CCTV. We decided to go ahead and it was fitted today. All done in a calm and efficient way. Explanations on its use were patiently explained. A promise to call round if we were ever stuck or unsure about anything was an unexpected bonus. Most companies seem to fit things and disappear. Not AIG, they genuinely want you to be happy with their work and the product. the camera has a better pixel count than most smartphones.Jack even got the app and set it up on my phone for me. To say they go above and beyond is an understatement. Why aren't more people like that? I would 100% recommend them to do the work.Thank you so much Rob and Jack. Once again, they were prompt and efficient, arranging a time and arriving when they said they would, a refreshing change from some other tradesmen who turn up late or don't even turn up. I rang up and they answered the phone promptly. That may sound obvious but it made a lovely change from companies who put you on hold, tell you to leave a message or play music to you. It makes all the difference, having someone who actually cares enough about customer satisfaction that they answer straight away. Once again, they came around promptly, gave me good advice as to the placement of the camera. That again, makes a difference, being able to know you can trust their considered advice. After all, they are the experts, not me. The job was done quickly, neatly and no mess at all. The price is so reasonable, not dear at all.They are always so lovely and make sure you know you can ring them if ever you need them, no matter how small a problem, even when it was down to me mucking up the app on my phone.I would always recommend them to anyone, without a moment's hesitation. As always they were happy to fit around my obligations, there was no hesitation about calling around, even on a Saturday (rare in companies these days). They quickly inspected the camera, isolated the problem but were unfortunately unable to fix it. Why? The problem was me! My little grey cells had gone on holiday, leaving me to look stupid (something I do remarkably well).The camera was working perfectly well.I'm so sorry for wasting your time.A brilliant company with the best after-sales service I have ever had.
